Product Overview
The 6 square meter solar cable cable is a core transmission cable designed specifically for photovoltaic new energy systems, with a conductor cross-sectional specification of 6mm ², suitable for the power transmission needs of medium and high-power photovoltaic modules, inverters, combiner boxes, and other equipment. The product adopts photovoltaic one-to-one weather resistant materials and meticulous production processes, with excellent conductivity, aging ability, and environmental adaptability. It can operate stably in complex outdoor conditions for a long time, providing core protection for the effective power generation and safe operation of photovoltaic systems.
Core Features
High conductivity efficiency, low-energy transmission
The conductor is made of high-purity oxygen free copper material, processed through multiple wire drawing and annealing processes, with relatively low impurity content and conductivity far exceeding industry standards. The reasonable cross-sectional design of 6mm ² can not only meet the current carrying requirements of medium and high-power photovoltaic systems, but also effectively reduce cable resistance losses, reduce energy waste during transmission, and help improve the overall power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic system.
Good weather resistance and adaptability to harsh outdoor environments
The insulation layer and sheath layer are made of photovoltaic one-to-one weather resistant polyolefin material, which has been optimized in multiple regions and has effective UV resistance, ozone resistance, and high and low temperature resistance. It can withstand extreme temperature changes of -40 ℃~90 ℃, and is not prone to cracking, aging, brittleness and other problems in complex outdoor environments such as high temperature exposure, rain, snow, wind and frost, humidity and mold. Its outdoor service life can reach more than 25 years, matching the long-term operation needs of photovoltaic systems.
Good performance, excellent protection performance
The product strictly follows the Anran standards of the photovoltaic cable industry and has good flame retardant performance (in accordance with GB/T 19666 or IEC 60332 standards). It is not easy to burn when exposed to fire and can effectively prevent the spread of flames, reducing the risk of fire. At the same time, the protective layer has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of acidic and alkaline substances in the soil and outdoor pollutants. The insulation performance is stable, and it can effectively prevent safety hazards such as leakage and short circuit, protecting the personal safety of photovoltaic system operation and maintenance personnel and the normal operation of equipment.
Flexible and easy to lay, suitable for multiple installation scenarios
The cable adopts a flexible structure design with a small bending radius, which can easily adapt to various installation scenarios of photovoltaic systems. Whether it is complex wiring of rooftop photovoltaics, long-distance laying of ground photovoltaic power stations, or close connection between combiner boxes and inverters, it can be flexibly arranged to reduce installation difficulty and construction costs. The surface of the cable is smooth and not easily damaged during installation, and can be cut according to actual needs to adapt to transmission requirements of different lengths.
Applicable scenarios
Widely used in various photovoltaic scenarios such as distributed photovoltaic power stations, centralized photovoltaic power stations, household photovoltaic power generation systems, and industrial and commercial photovoltaic projects, it can be used as a series/parallel cable between photovoltaic modules, a connecting cable between modules and combiner boxes, a transmission cable between combiner boxes and inverters, and can also be used in other scenarios that require medium power energy transmission in photovoltaic systems, adapting to diverse installation environments such as ground, roof, and water surfaces.

Precautions for use
During the laying process, avoid scratching and squeezing the cables with sharp objects, and prevent damage to the insulation and sheath layers; The bending radius during cable laying should not be less than 10-15 times the diameter of the cable (determined according to the cable structure), to avoid excessive bending affecting the conductivity and service life; When installing the connection, it should be confirmed that the joint is in good contact, and waterproof (based on actual reports) sealing treatment should be done to prevent rainwater and moisture from entering and causing short circuits; For cables exposed to outdoor environments for a long time, it is recommended to use protective sleeves or cable trays to further enhance the protective effect; During use, the appearance and insulation performance of the cable should be regularly checked, and any damage, aging, or other issues should be promptly replaced.
